2. Data we collect

When you submit a form, contact us or order a service, we may receive information you provide voluntarily. Some technical information is generated automatically when you visit the website.

  • name and surname;
  • phone number, email and preferred contact method;
  • project description, budget, timing, location and files you attach to an enquiry;
  • correspondence and information needed for a contract and project delivery;
  • IP address, device and browser type, language, approximate region, pages viewed and website interactions;
  • cookie identifiers and security logs.

3. How and why we use data

We process data to answer enquiries, prepare consultations or proposals, enter into and perform contracts, manage projects, communicate, secure the website, analyse performance and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the context, the legal basis is your consent, steps taken before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, Archimetrica's legitimate interests or a legal obligation.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The website uses necessary technologies for operation and security. Google Analytics, Google Ads or Google Tag Manager are activated according to your consent choice. Optional analytics and advertising storage is denied by default until you make a choice.

For categories, retention and preference controls, see the Cookie Policy.

5. Who may receive data

Access is limited to people and providers who need the information for a specific task and are required to protect confidentiality. We do not share personal data for third parties' own advertising and do not sell it.

  • hosting, technical support, backup and cybersecurity providers;
  • email, CRM, telephony and communication services;
  • Google and other configured analytics or advertising services, subject to consent;
  • contractors, consultants, accountants and lawyers to the extent necessary;
  • public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

6. International transfers

Some technology providers may process information outside Ukraine or the European Economic Area. Where relevant, we rely on lawful safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses and providers' contractual security commitments.

7. How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are normally kept for up to three years after the last meaningful communication. Client data, contracts, project, accounting and tax records are kept during the relationship and for periods required by law or reasonably needed to protect the parties' rights.

Technical logs and analytics data follow the retention settings of the relevant service. When a retention period ends, data is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise.

8. How we protect information

We use organisational and technical safeguards including access controls, encrypted connections, backups, system updates, account controls and confidentiality duties for contractors. No transmission or storage method can be absolutely secure, so please notify us immediately about suspected misuse.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, withdraw consent and receive a portable copy of your data. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

To protect your information, we may ask you to verify your identity. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority.

10. Children, updates and contact

Archimetrica's services are intended for adult clients and business representatives. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has sent us information without appropriate consent, please contact us.
