Quality
without excess
Smaller in scale than a large residence, the house offers the same sense of quality through natural stone, dark timber, panoramic glazing, clear geometry, evening lighting and the atmosphere of a private resort within the site.
The project shows that a house does not need to be enormous to feel prestigious. Real value comes from intelligent planning, beautiful proportions and carefully selected materials.
