Openness
to the ocean
Numerous terraces are protected by cantilevered sunshades. The plan provides good daylight, clear circulation and a visual connection between the interior spaces and the coastline.
Glass, metal, concrete and timber are brought together in the concept. Contemporary materials and technologies form a light architecture naturally suited to the hot maritime climate.
